Fixing a concrete wall in several places that was breaking away. Not properly tied in years ago

Excellent builder and work staff. Nothing too much trouble and really sorted out the right angle wall on the corner that was breaking away and in further places
where it was splitting along a long stretch. A really good job done by caring friendly workers. Will use them again when necessary.

Installation of a new wooden terrace floor

Really professional work and they went beyond what was nessassay by managing to save our plants whilst the building went on.

Multiple areas of repair to kitchen following water damage

Open and honest discussion from the initial quote to the work itself. Castle Features were professional, polite and courteous at all times. They took great care in
ensuring the work was to a high standard and the final work was inspected by a senior employee to guarantee the quality of work. Also made sure that the
workspace was cleared and cleaned at the end of each day so that our family were able to carry on in the kitchen as normal. Would highly recommend and will
use again for future work.

New fence

Tom and the team did a great job of putting up a new fence for me. They did so quickly and efficiently even with unforseen complications caused by the previous
owners. I felt like I was kept informed at all times, but was left to work from home uninterrupted when required. Great service

House painted and eaves replaced.

Cement patio and deck

Amazing work from this team and everyone was very polite and friendly. Not only did they put together a quality deck on a slope, but they were up for the
challenge of building an outdoor gym space for weightlifting and even put together a pull up bar on the patio as well. Highly recommended.

New bathroom, new windows, roofing repairs/ improvements

Castle features completed a series of home improvements for us including a new bathroom. From the outset they were great- reliable with timings / quotes etc.
While working in the house communication was excellent and they were sympathetic with our budget and brought the work in on cost and time. Would absolutely
recommend/ we are incredibly pleased.

New bathroom remodelling

Really happy with the work produced. They were informative for the duration of the build, keeping us in the loop of any issues they encountered. Very impressed
with the level of tidiness at the end of each day and their punctuality, with them consistently turning up at the agreed time (a first in my experience of builders!)
The final cost was in line with the initial quote, so very happy. They recommended we get other quotes prior to accepting theirs which filled me with confidence,
and it turns out theirs was noticeably cheaper than others. Would certainly recommend.

New garden patio, outside tap fitted, new shelving and boxing in woodwork.

Really impressed with the garden work. This job was done in under 2 days, neat pattern work and great dragons tooth trim which I was told couldn’t be done by another company! The shelving and woodwork was exactly what we wanted an award job but has made a huge difference to aesthetics and storage in our little cob house (not the easiest walls to work with!)All the staff we met were polite and helpful and kept us up to date with what were happening.Thev were also courteous around our various pets which is
important with people coming in and out. Have recommended to friends.

Laid new pathway, driveway’ installed gate posts, laid conduit for electric gates.

Considering what we found at the very start, the team were able to solve all the issues and deliver a great finished job.

Windows enlarged and turned into doorways, reroofing, flooring laid, kitchen fitted etc.
